Cancellation & Refund Policy – ZEDWISE BIZTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

At ZEDWISE BIZTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver high-quality IT services, software solutions, and digital products. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may be considered.

1. General Policy

Since most of our offerings involve custom software development, digital services, project-based work, or instant-access digital products, cancellations and refunds are handled carefully to ensure fairness to both parties.

2. Order / Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase, provided that the project has not begun and no resources have been allocated.
  • If development work, design work, cloud deployment, licensing, or third-party integrations have already started, cancellation may not be accepted.
  • For SaaS / subscription plans: Cancellation stops future billing, but already-paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled or refunded, once initiated:

  • Custom software development (web/mobile/app/automation/AI)
  • UI/UX design work
  • Code deployment or server setup
  • Purchased digital products, templates, source code packages
  • API consumption or usage-based services
  • Third-party service costs (hosting, domain, SMS, email providers, etc.)
  • Monthly/annual subscription plans

These services involve immediate allocation of manpower, tools, and resources, making cancellation infeasible.

4. Quality Concerns & Project Issues

If you believe the delivered service or product does not meet the agreed specifications:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our Quality Assurance and Customer Success team will review the concern.
  • If the issue is valid, we will provide revisions, rectify bugs, or offer improvements as per the scope of work.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change in business plan
  • Change in mind
  • Preferences evolving after development
  • Additional features not included in original scope

5. Defective / Non-Functional Software

In the unlikely event that a delivered software module is defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the deliverable.
  • Our technical team will validate the issue.
  • Once verified, we will fix or replace the defective component at no additional cost.

Note: This does not apply to defects caused by:

  • Third-party API failures
  • Hosting/server issues not under our control
  • Client-side code modifications
  • Provision of incorrect/incomplete information by the client

6. Warranty-Related Issues

If the product involves third-party tools, platforms, APIs, or licensed components, the respective third-party warranty/support terms apply. We may assist, but cannot commit guaranteed solutions for third-party issues.

7. Refund Approval Timeline

If a refund is approved by ZEDWISE BIZTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, the processing will be initiated within:

  • 1–2 business days for online payments
  • Actual credit timelines may depend on banks/payment gateways

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

8. Final Decision Rights

ZEDWISE BIZTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to make the final decision on:

  • Whether a cancellation is valid
  • Whether a refund is justified
  • Whether revisions/rectifications should be offered instead of a refund

All decisions will be made based on documented project scope, timelines, and evidence.
